The Fast Slow Pro Cooker from Sage may just be the answer to all your cooking needs.
Bringing together the benefits of a pressure cooker and slow cooker in one sleek and stylish unit, you’ll be turning out perfect meals time and time again thanks to its many features and programs.
It’s simple to use as well, just select from one of the 6 settings – steaming, reducing, searing, sautéing, slow cooking or pressure cooking (you also full control over temperature, time and pressure using the 2 rotary dials if you want a more hands-on approach). The cooker then looks after everything for you. Constantly monitoring the information it receives from the dual sensors at the top and bottom of the appliance, the cooker will automatically adjust the time, temperature and pressure between fast and slow cooking.
Thanks to the variable steam-release function it will even release steam automatically during the cooking process for optimum performance and taste.
The large, easy to read LCD screen will keep you abreast of proceeding – relaying information such as current temperature, pressure, time left to cook and steam release.
Once cooked, the Fast Slow Pro will keep the food warm for up to 2 hours using the keep-warm function.
Cleaning isn’t a chore either – the 6L ceramic cooking bowl has an easy-clean surface and the lid is dishwasher safe.
A stainless steel roasting trivet and steaming basket are also provided.
